How to create and manage email templates

Email templates help you save time and keep your messages consistent.

Create a template

  1. From the email composer, select Templates.
  2. Select + Create a template.
  3. Add your content:
    • Enter text, or
    • Use the AI helper to generate content.
  4. Enter a name for your template.
  5. Select Save template.

To use the template, select Use template in the email composer.

Tip

Use variables to personalize templates and send bulk emails faster. For example, prompt the AI helper: “Help me write a template to let my clients know that I have a new product offering,” then add variables like {{first_name}} to tailor each message automatically.

Edit a template

  1. From the email composer, select Templates.
  2. Select the three vertical dots next to the template.
  3. Select Edit template.
  4. Update the content.
  5. Select Update template.

To apply the updated template, select Use template.

Delete a template

  1. From the email composer, select Templates.
  2. Select the three vertical dots next to the template.
  3. Select Delete template.

Confirm by selecting Delete template again.
